The United Kingdom's Charley Brammer is a proud Mancunian (from Manchester) and travel fanatic who has previously volunteered at the Atacama Crossing 2012, RacingThePlanet: Iceland 2013 and Ecuador 2015 As a volunteer, Charley has the unnerving ability to stay upbeat and enthused at all hours of the day. She calls it "27 years experience in raw enthusiasm". Charley is mother to the one year old Luna - she also fits in being a manager of the large book store, Waterstone's. Charley studied English with creative writing at the University College of Falmouth and graduated with honors. She is also certified in Health and Safety and trained in First Aid. With all these qualities, combined with the desire to take on new challenges, Charley is a welcome addition to the RacingThePlanet: New Zealand 2019 volunteer team for her fourth time at a RacingThePlanet / 4 Deserts Race.
