Registration is now open for RacingThePlanet: New Zealand 2019.

To register for the RacingThePlanet: New Zealand 2019, you should complete an online registration and pay a deposit of US$1,500 to confirm your place. The balance of US$2,400 is due 120 days before the event. Please find below a table of the entry fee and payment schedule as well as the cancellation policy.

CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY

Your place in the race is not secure until we receive your online registration and the deposit payment for the race. Within seven days of receiving both of these we will send you an email confirming your entry.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

The entry fee for the Roving Races Ultramarathon includes almost everything once you have arrived at the event hotel in the host town / city on Friday before the race starts until departure on Sunday after the conclusion of the race. Specifically, this is:

  • Two nights of hotel accommodation (one night pre-event and one night post-event, double occupancy)
  • Tented accommodation during the race
  • International operations and medical support throughout event
  • Bottled water for the duration of the event
  • Hot water for cooking / preparing food and warm drinks in the mornings and evenings at each Campsite
  • Transportation to Camp 1 and from the finish line to the event hotel
  • Pre-race and post-race breakfasts and one pre-race lunch
  • Awards Banquet ticket (including dinner, awards presentation and photo slideshow)
  • Finisher's medal
  • Official item of souvenir race clothing

Additional costs to consider are flights / transport to the event hotel, immigration visa (if necessary) and mandatory equipment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If notice of cancellation is received 120 days or more before event, you will receive a refund of the total fees you have paid less US $600.

No fees will be refunded for any cancellation received less than 120 days before an event.
