The 4 Deserts series is the world’s most grueling, in which competitors test their mettle crossing the world’s most uninhabitable terrain over four continents. Athletes representing more than 20 countries will compete in a series of races that require complete self-reliance and exceptional gear. 

In harsh the desert environments of the Gobi (China), Atacama (Chile) Sahara (Egypt) and Antarctica, it is crucial that racers are prepared for ultimate self-support. Brunton and Gerber are addressing these concerns by providing essential survival gear including lightweight stoves, knives and shovels.

The 4 Deserts is a series of four seven-day, 250-kilometer footraces across the world’s largest and most forbidding deserts. This will take competitors on a journey through the driest, hottest, coldest and windiest places on earth, which will test the limits of the gear and the racers.
