Autism Spectrum Austraila (Aspect) is a non-profit organization committed to helping people on the autism spectrum achieve their potential. Aspect builds confidence and capacity with people on the autism spectrum, their families and their communities. Aspect provides services and treatment for people who suffer from Autism Spectrum Disorders and Asperger’s Syndrome. Aspect delivers direct services for children in the form of early intervention and schooling, incorporating six specialty schools, over 50 satellite classes, education and family support, assessment and transition and itinerant education support. Aspect supplies valuable advice and assistance to families who either receive inadequate or inappropriate services.  The Service goes beyond by establishing direct services for adults which include employment, training and accommodation.

The mission of Centraide Duplessis is to improve the quality of life, especially the most vulnerable, and build community by engaging individuals and mobilizing concerted action on the territory of Duplessis.

David Grosse is supporting the Children’s Surgical Centre Cambodia through the Gobi March 2013.

The Children’s Surgical Centre (CSC) aims to improve the quality of life for disabled poor Cambodians through the provision of free rehabilitation surgery and general rehabilitation programs. CSC is a US registered non-profit organisation and is recognised as the peak organisation in Cambodia offering a range of specialised surgical treatment, medical training and support directly to the people of Cambodia. Services provided encompass facial reconstruction, orthopaedic surgery, eye surgery, and plastic and burn surgery. Integral to this mission is the training of Cambodian surgeons and healthcare workers. CSC has a strong focus on building the capacity of all staff and emphasises the development of sustainable health services.

Elisabeth Foresman is raising funds for the Cooperative Orthotic and Prosthetic Enterprise through the Gobi March 2013.

The Cooperative Orthotic and Prosthetic Enterprise (COPE) is a local organization in Lao that works with the government to provide high quality prostheses and mobility devices as well as rehabilitation care free of cost.

Gobi March 2013 competitor Agnes Cheng is supporting the Esquel-Y.L. Yang Education Foundation through her participation in the event.

The Esquel-Y.L. Yang Education Foundation has made comprehensive efforts to identify, monitor, minimize and continually reduce the environmental footprint of its operations throughout the world and offer good workplace conditions. It continuously explores ways to foster environmental consciousness and awareness at all levels of the organization, in the communities where it carries on business and among the farmers, suppliers and other stakeholders with whom it deals. Esquel also believes that education is the greatest gift to the young and supports this belief in many ways. Schools supported by Esquel give thousands of children the opportunity to achieve a better future for themselves, their families and their communities. Esquel builds and renovates schools, sponsors needy students, and has established over 700 mini-libraries in Xinjiang province, northwestern China.

In its tenth anniversary edition of the Gobi March, RacingThePlanet and Esquel are establishing the Esquel-RacingThePlanet Scholarship Program. The scholarship will support ten Uyghur girls from Yili and Turpan areas over seven years as they go through school all the way to university.

Gobi March 2013 competitor Daqing Wang is supporting the 5 Colours Foundation while participating in the event.

The 5 Colours Foundation, also commonly known as the Multicoloured Foundation, is a public raised fund which was initiated by the artist Chunya Zhou. The foundation aims to gather art and social resources by donating and raising social charity capital. It uses door-to-door methods of teaching and individual coaching. The foundation sends professional art instructors and provides teaching facilities with mobile libraries to teach in schools or at residences of disabled students.
