Stage 1
13-May-2012 01:35:11 AM [(GMT+08:00) Beijing, Chongqing, Hong Kong, Urumqi]

Well, first day done. 39.5km was the final distance. Woke up at 5am to prepare my dehydrated food for breakfast. Had Shepherds Pie that tasted like brown river water, but had 800 calories, so forced it down. Couple of cups of Hot chocolate and then started the process of packing up gear, taping feet etc to get ready for the 7am start.

Course was absolutely beautiful, (very Indiana Jones ish) but incredibly hot. Hit 39 degrees towards the end of the day. I came in at 1.48pm, so 6hrs 48 min. That was good enough for 78th place which is exactly in the middle of the field of 155 people. Heat was the hardest thing, but body is feeling fine at the moment. Lets hope I am still saying that after the next 210.5km !!

Thanks a lot for the emails and blog comments. It is really nice to read when you feel like rubbish. Unfortunately the link here doesnt allow me to reply, but I am reading all of them, so thanks a lot !! Yes Caitlyn, that also means you! And Maree, it was 39 today! Same as Madrid !!!

Thanks guys. Update tomorrow. Hopefully still feeling ok !

She is an incredibly helpful lady to tune in to. Her inspirational frame of mind just sparkles. I simply wrapped up Essay Writing Help Website the hour meet from a year ago, when she expelled her cover out of the blue. Teared up the bounty.

Wow great experience, I loved this blog a lot. Here I would like to share about my interests. I love painting a lot but I am not a born artist. In my free hours I watch online tutorial. And try to draw something of my own. When I was in school, participate in many drawing competition. But when I was in graduate studies stopped painting. This is due to hectic writing works and homework. I do not get time for other works. After studies I am back to my painting work. Currently I am working for an online advertising company also a freelance writer. On my online search I visit this site. I always love to post comment in one favorite categories and posts. I love the idea of combing markers and colored pencil. When two drawing mediums are joining the artist can take advantage of the same. All are having some experience in combing different drawing mediums. If you try you can see that some combinations of media work well. And there are some simply do not work. There are many artists love to do something creative. In my personal points of view I can say that Markers and colored pencils work well together. The important thing is you need to follow an order to get perfect work. Many of the artists use colored pencil applications to covered over the top of marker applications. With the help of Markers one can cover large areas of the surface. And it will be in a very short period of time. But the thing is you do not sharp details in the drawing. Shade of value and color can be much tricky to develop. If you use colored pencils it does not help you create large quickly. But if you use colored pencil you will get sharp details in your drawing. You will also get bold contrast with pencils. And good shade of color and value. Cheap essay writing service

God Keri, you know how to torture someone. Knowing Glen though, he will turn that into a positive and make it a goal to find a nice pool, massage and a fillet steak to die for! And still stay trim! Well done Son!! Awesome effort. Look forward to seeing you reach your Everest!!

Gosh I don't know how you do it bro. In comparison I spent the day at the hot pools with a long sweedish massage followed by a nice scotch fillet steak in yummy mushroom butter sauce! My day will add to my waist though and you will come back trim and taut! Keep it up
